Job Description

Summary:

Accuray Incorporated is a radiation therapy company that develops, manufactures, sells and supports market-changing solutions that are designed to deliver radiation treatments for even the most complex cases, while making commonly treatable cases even more straightforward, to meet the full spectrum of patient needs. In comparison to conventional linear accelerators, we believe our treatment delivery, planning, and data management solutions provide better accuracy, flexibility, and control; fewer treatments with shorter treatment times; and the technology to expand beyond cancer treatment, making it easier for clinical teams around the world to provide treatments that help patients get back to living their lives, faster.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare GL entries as related to cash, fixed asset, prepayment, royalty, etc.
• Review and upload foreign subsidiaries' trial balance and joint venture financials for equity method pickup
• Prepare monthly reconciliation for assigned GL accounts
• Maintain fixed asset records including fixed asset additions, adjustments & disposals
• Review fixed asset purchase requisition requests to ensure proper account codes are used for fixed asset/non-fixed asset
• Obtain FA roll forward reports from regions and create consolidated fixed asset report
• Perform asset verification and impairment control process with users and reconcile fixed assets sub-ledger with GL, prepare and file property tax return
• Assist with survey filing and annual report filing
• Assist with internal/external audits and prepare PBC for income tax filing
• Other adhoc projects as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent training
• 3+ years of accounting experience in general ledger accounting or similar role
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic AX a plus
• Experience in fixed asset accounting and property tax filing
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• High attention to details and able to multi-task and manage competing priorities
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally, both in writing and verbally

Expected Compensation:

$90,000 - $120,000/annual salary + bonus opportunity + benefits

Accuray pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Accuray Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
