SpotOn is seeking a Senior Global Payroll Manager to join our team. The focus will be on weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll operations - including regular payroll reconciliations. Additionally, this role will own our international payroll operations and equity administration. This role requires an individual with a detailed and analytical mindset, knowledge of general accounting, and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment. This person will act as a cross-functional business partner and requires the candidate to wear multiple hats while managing a talented payroll team of four.
You will:

• Manage the smooth operation of weekly domestic payroll runs for the Company
• Perform reconciliation of payroll runs to the general ledger
• Perform analytical procedures over sales account executive commission pay
• Assist with month-end payroll accruals
• Assist with payroll related tax requirements
• Help build out and manage international payroll operations (Mexico, India and Poland)
• Manage equity administration duties

• 8+ years of relevant payroll and work experience
• Experience with ADP strongly preferred
• Must be very proficient in Excel
• Experience with international payroll operations strongly preferred
• Knowledge of payroll accounting practices
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience reconciling payroll disbursements to the GL
• Experiencing with Equity administration strongly preferred
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to self-direct
• Collaborative approach to working on projects with a team that values diverse perspectives
• Must have excellent ability to find solutions in challenging situations and communicate well with internal/external partners
