OVERVIEW:

The Global Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll including submission, entering, and reviewing payroll data. This is a critical role within our Accounting Department and sits on a high-spirited team with strong leadership. 

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Process North American payrolls
• Ensure the payroll database is updated for legal and company policy changes
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Federal and State wage laws and policies regarding US vacation, 401(k), flexible spending, and benefit deductions
• Maintain and expand knowledge of existing and new payroll legislation and taxation of benefits
• File/maintain State requirements, withholding, garnishments, etc.
• Partner with HR to receive uploads from PeopleSoft
• Assist in various compliance audits and work with internal stakeholders to obtain data.
• Other payroll duties as assigned

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-7 years related experience in Payroll
• ADP experience
• Proficient working with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a team environment
