Senior Global Program Manager Sales Enablement
Job Description
Principal Responsibilities:
- Develops processes to measure and track consistent KPI's for the global sales enablement team
- Communicates success measures and drive gap closure efforts on performance to plan
- Drives strategic improvement initiatives to accelerate global growth strategies
- Main driver of global IP&E metrics and strategic acceleration efforts
- Identifies and develops strategic growth plans including investment required, timeline to execution, and communication efforts
- Develop executive level communication content in both PowerPoint and Excel
- Business analysis of strategic growth opportunities to create data driven insight and action plans
- Manages the process and development of value added solutions for the company and its defined supplier(s) growth plans and business.
- Oversees the planning and managing programs/projects to meet product delivery, customer service and revenue goals.
- Ensures customer requirements are identified, including tasks, assignments and coordinates resources and creates/tracks project schedules.
- Ensures a strong collaboration between global sales teams, internal and external stakeholders globally.
- Manages the linkage between design and supply chains by connecting the design and fulfillment region resources and ensuring that design region resources are compensated based on pre-agreed norms.
- Oversees the process of the documenting changes in such things as line card pricing, margins and revenue analysis.
- Ensures strong collaboration between the company's global regions and their respective support teams
- Oversee and responsible for the maintenance of critical business information in a databases which serve as the migration information system.
- Manages the build-out of custom migration strategies for design region customers and executes based on set strategies.
- Ensures inter-regional margin splits are reported by fulfillment region so that the company's design and fulfillment regions share return-on-investment.
- Manages and responsible for mentoring a global team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Level Specifications:
- Extensive knowledge and application of principles, theories and concepts in business management.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Experience working with large global teams
- Knowledge of electronic components and IP&E products and processes
- Program management development and execution
- Experience creating and tracking KPIs
- Establishes operating policies and procedures that affect departments and direct teams. Interprets enterprise-wide policies and procedures. Develops budgets, schedules and performance standards for one or more departments. Responsible for resources and policy formation in area of responsibility.
- Collaborates frequently with internal and/or external management. Leads meetings and briefings for internal and/or external representatives. Often coordinates efforts between functional areas and/or members of an extended assignment/project team.
- Decisions likely have extended impact on the outcomes of multiple departments or teams. Erroneous decisions or recommendations will likely result in critical delays and/or modifications to projects and/or operations; causing substantial expenditure of additional time, people and/or financial resources, and jeopardize future business activity.
Work Experience:
- Typically 8+ years of experience in sales, supply chain or supplier management in the high tech B2B or distribution industries.
Education and Certification(s):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
Distinguishing Characteristics:
- Global experience
- Experience developing content at the executive and board level
