Why do we need you? Well, we are looking for a Senior Go-to-Market Project Manager who will bring excellent presentation and organizational skills to our Marketing team. You will report to the Head of Marketing Operations and Analytics and will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams across the whole company. This role will have outstanding opportunity to help build a marketing and go-to-market operating rhythm.
A day in the life of a Senior GTM Project Manager at CalendlyYou should be comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling tech company. You will be a data-driven decision maker who understands business drivers and can design the ideal operating processes needed for the go-to-market teams to support our hyper growth. You will use your strong communication and project management skills, solid understanding of process improvement and budgeting, exceptional presentation creation skills, and the creativity and passion to deliver high impact, high quality programs.
On a typical day, you will be working on:- Supporting the delivery of project plans for activities across the go-to-market team to potentially include marketing/communications projects, implementation of GTM process/tooling, or across commercial activities with customer pursuits from early stages of the opportunity sales cycle through to the signing of the contract agreement
- Actively facilitate, participate and collaborate in project team meetings acting as the caretaker of process and governance
- Communicating to various levels within the company, including C-suite, on status of various aspects of the project plan and mitigate issues that impact time, cost and quality of the project's output
- Building and maintaining documentation for all project activities, including briefs, tasks, schedule, dependencies, status reports, and post mortems
- Reporting on project outcomes, including operational performance metrics for critical initiatives (OKRs)
- 3-5 years of Marketing experience
- 1-2 years of project management experience is preferred, but not required
- Experience with a project management software tool (e.g. Asana)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortability driving projects and working collaboratively with remote teammates
- Committed to details and getting an accurate view of data
- Ability to influence others with opposing priorities
- Able to navigate ambiguity to develop clear project landmarks, enable teams to reach achievements, and unblock issues that arise
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time
