This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a (Senior) Google Workspace Consultant in Germany.
In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Google Workspace solutions for enterprise clients, shaping the digital workplace of the future. You will provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders, drive adoption and change management, and ensure that cloud collaboration tools are leveraged to maximize productivity and efficiency. Your expertise in architecture, infrastructure, and Google Workspace apps—including emerging AI tools—will support seamless integration into complex IT environments. This position combines client-facing consulting, technical advisory, and innovative solution design within a collaborative, flexible, and highly dynamic environment.
Accountabilities:
- Advise clients on all aspects of Google Workspace adoption, architecture, and optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Design scalable, robust Google Workspace architectures integrated with existing IT landscapes
- Lead change management initiatives and adoption programs to enhance user engagement and drive cultural transformation
- Translate client requirements into technical specifications and act as a liaison between clients and engineering teams
- Stay current on developments in Google Workspace and AI tools such as Google Gemini, proactively recommending innovative solutions
- Conduct IT training sessions for end-users and IT teams, simplifying complex concepts and encouraging skill development
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a consultant or similar role with strong focus on Google Workspace or M365 cloud collaboration solutions
- Deep expertise in Google Workspace apps (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with Google Gemini AI tools
- Proven experience in IT project change and adoption management
- Strong understanding of IT architecture and infrastructure, including networking, security, and Identity & Access Management
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in German and English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Strong client orientation and ability to build lasting relationships
- Team player with a proactive mindset and readiness to explore innovative solutions
- Google certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator, Collaboration Engineer) are a plus
