Position Overview:

Seeking a Senior Graphic Artist with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in both print and web design. This individual will work closely with the Director of Marketing, taking a proactive role in leading design projects and ensuring that all visual materials align with our markets' vision and goals. The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, highly creative, and has strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee projects from concept to completion.

In this role, you will collaborate across teams to design engaging print and digital assets, as well as create dynamic social media content. Proficiency in Adobe Suite is required, and knowledge of WordPress is essential for web-related projects. Your ability to stay ahead of industry trends and lead with creative innovation will be key to driving the company's visual branding forward.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to conceptualize, design, and execute print and digital marketing materials.

· Lead and manage design projects, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and exceed quality standards.

· Create visually compelling assets for web, email campaigns, social media platforms, and print collateral (brochures, flyers, banners, etc.).

· Design and maintain web-related content and visuals within WordPress, Deep Lawn ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

· Develop and optimize graphics for social media channels, creating high-engagement content that supports marketing goals.

· Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies, ensuring our designs are innovative and competitive.

· Coordinate with vendors on print production.

· Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all mediums. Paid, digital strategy, sales.

Requirements:

· 10+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.

· Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

· WordPress knowledge is a must, with experience in designing and managing web content.

· Deep Lawn knowledge is a plus but not necessary. Will educate internally.

· Strong understanding of branding, layout, and typography across both digital and print mediums.

· Proven experience in social media content creation with a focus on visual storytelling.

· Ability to take initiative, lead design projects, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and cross-functional teams.

· Experience working with print vendors and preparing files for print production.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Skills:

· Experience with motion graphics and video editing a plus.

· Familiarity with SEO principles and web design best practices.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

· Knowledge of UX/UI design is a plus.

Additional Information:

· This role may require occasional work outside of regular business hours to monitor and respond to department activity.

· Remote ok. Some traveling will be required.
