The base salary range for this role is $115,185 per year - $189,233 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help manage and design the digital and print creative needs of the marketing department. As part of our marketing team, you will create a wide variety of graphic assets for use in everything from social media to print advertising. You will develop new visual concepts within our existing visual identity, work with key stakeholders to ensure the creative needs of a project brief are aligned, and create digital and print assets for use in various media and contexts.
The ideal candidate should have expert knowledge in print and digital graphic design, including a deep understanding of composition, color theory, and typography. The candidate should also have experience executing design projects from ideation to production. Additional responsibilities include reviewing the drafts of junior graphic designers to ensure quality work, executing and refining their own projects and drafts, and generating new creative concepts.
The primary function of this role is to help ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic creative.
Responsibilities
- Design original pieces for print, digital, social, and environmental design
- Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Liaise with stakeholders and project managers to ensure deadlines are met
- Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery

Experience and Skills
- 6+ years of experience and the proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of completed design projects
- Hands-on experience with design software like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Animation a plus, but not required
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
- Attention to visual details
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
