Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will create engaging content and exhibit a keen eye for design and manage projects from concept through to production. Work on a variety of projects including, but not limited to, digital and print, advertising, infographics, social media graphics, environmental/display design, product sales collateral, designs for corporate events and presentations. 

• Well-developed critical thinking/design skills who can process, react to, and solve problems in a timely manner as they arise.
• Meet with internal clients and/or the Creative Director to review creative briefs to determine messaging direction and project scope.
• Write copy for headlines, advertisements, signage, descriptive presentation text, and web as needed.
• Assist with other creative projects, including photography and video production.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to help explore and define design opportunities.
• Provide design guidance and brand standards to other designers that may also be creating marketing materials.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising or related major preferred
• 5+ years professional design experience.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.)
• Able to translate complex ideas into simple illustrations.
• Able to pitch concepts and clearly explain all key points.
