Senior Graphic Designer

FREELANCE SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Freelance Digital Graphic Designer will report to the Art Director, and support the digital design team by completing weekly ongoing deliverables, approving the work of other designers on team, as well as work on other digital deliverables from start to finish. The right candidate will thrive in a deadline-driven, highly collaborative environment and will be a self-starter with the ability to mentor other designers and have a strategic mindset, always bringing visual solutions to the table to solve marketing needs.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Work closely with design team and the Art Director to develop and execute concepts for Emails, Social posts, and other digital projects that support business development.
  
• Support the overall digital look and feel of owned brands by providing feedback to digital design team, and ensuring their work is consistent and on trend in comparison to other brands in fragrance and fashion/beauty space.

• Assist Art Director with projects such as image organization, image cropping guideline, stock image research for owned brands, and pulling swipe for various projects.
  
• Take ownership of the look & feel of the owned brand social feeds in collaboration with Art Director, social team and digital designers.

What You'll Need to Have:

• Experience working in the Digital Design space in beauty and fashion industry.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, and Adobe After Effects, Figma and knowledge of AI image creation with Pebbly + Midjourney a huge plus but not required.
• Awareness of the competitive landscape and trends in the beauty and fashion industry.dri
• Ability to see the bigger picture for marketing initiatives and ensure owned brand marketing campaigns have a consistent visual identity across email/social/etc.
