Job Summary:  

Medrio is not shy about being a hyper-growth global company who strives to advance healthier lives through clinical trial technology, and we’re looking for a creative, deadline-driven Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our brand to the next level and accelerate our production of high-quality marketing content and materials. 

The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively to evolve Medrio’s quirky yet sophisticated visual identity, continuously optimize our creative workflows, and deliver engaging print materials, digital designs, and intelligent website and landing pages.

Our Senior Graphic Designer also will collaborate with freelance designers/contractors/agencies to ensure that everything we create is high quality, accessible, and on-brand. Every day will be different as you continually conceptualize and develop new ways to present the Medrio brand through dynamic visuals - all to create marketing assets that attract and engage our target audience. 

You’ll be expected to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team, drawn from  new and established design trends and best practices, and to educate and steer your peers on the best way to visually present content and engage prospects to take desired actions.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent use of Medrio’s brand standards across a wide variety of marketing material designs and channels
  • Refresh existing print and digital templates, or create new templates, with an eye for efficient and scalable  production of  high-quality, on-brand marketing assets, including presentations, social media properties, collateral, advertising campaigns, infographics, and much more
  • Support trade shows and corporate events with cohesive, brand compliant  in-booth presentations, booth concept and designs, signage, and other promotional items
  • Create wireframes, design, and develop high-conversion web pages, microsites, landing pages, and custom email templates
  • Curate a living library of on-brand photography and ready-to-use product screenshots and illustrations 
  • Collaborate with marketing peers to maintain and update existing website pages, making recommendations to improve layouts, design and dynamic content to boost our engagement rates
  • Partner with external web development agencies in proactive, strategic website initiatives to improve user-experience and conversion rates and to ensure any issues are addressed in a timely manner 
  • Be an active contributor in brainstorming new campaign ideas (email, collateral, digital and print ads, landing pages, etc) to inspire and attract target audiences
  • Contribute to the production of videos and audiograms for Medrio solutions and brand
  • Support cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Professional Services, and Product Management, with external-facing visuals and templates

Customers or Clients:

  • Internal Departments - primarily Marketing, Sales, Professional Services and Customer Success
  • Third-party vendors - promotional marketing vendors, website agencies

Education and Years of Experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B graphic and web design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing or Communications or equivalent work experience
  • Experience straddles the agency and corporate world

Working Conditions: 

  • Travel required up to 10% with ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Required to hear and dial phone
  • Required to participate in frequent meetings using virtual technology like Google Meets or Zoom
  • Sitting for the majority of the workday

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • An expert in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
  • Possess solid design experience across a wide variety of mediums – designing a LinkedIn carousel banner is just as natural   to you as a 6-panel z-fold brochure  
  • Skilled at creating unique layouts using existing elements, plus you have a knack for editing photographs so that they feel ownable to a brand and creating custom illustrations 
  • Proficient in Wordpress. HTML, CSS and Javascript; You understand APIs and can update plugins in your sleep
  • Take extreme pride in the quality of your work and check your creations twice 
  • Hyper-organized in managing multi-channel campaign deliverables and can meet multiple deadlines each week
  • An effective communicator, with exceptional interpersonal and cross-discipline collaboration skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can exercise agility within a rapidly growing organization and client base

  • An eternal student of web design principles and best practices, the latest trends in print and B2B designs, and advertising campaigns that push boundaries
  • Have a trusted roster of photographers, videographers, and animation partners to add to our list
  • Have experience with sales enablement or content management systems like HighSpot 
  • Mastery of Asana, our task management system
  • Proficiency  working in Google suite (Docs, Slides, etc) 
  • Prior experience working in a B2B healthcare or life sciences technology organization

Salary Range
$80,000 - $100,000
