Description: Responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design solutions for all visual materials for company. This includes but is not limited to:

• Marketing Collateral
• Packaging
• Logos & Company stationary
• Display Graphics

Job Duties (including but not limited to):

• Designs, drafts layouts, and drawings for printed materials utilizing various creative software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc
• Conceptual design and execution of various digital graphics for web, email, social media, etc
• Transform verbal direction and translate into graphic/visual materials
• Communicate creative specs to other designers to ensure vision for visual pieces are clear and executed properly
• Use independent judgment to effectively prioritize, organize, and delegate work orders
• Prints sample works for feedback and adjusts accordingly
• Work closely with Brand Experience team to create brand standards for new launches
• Participates in creative meetings with creative and marketing teams to generate ideas for existing and upcoming artwork
• Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and arranges layouts based off of available space and aesthetic design concepts
• Obtaining approved files for finished projects before release
• File maintenance on system
• Pre-production proofing and editing to ensure work is free from errors and is aligned with company brand standards
• Participates in team meetings and brainstorm sessions to help deliver on-time, on-budget results that meet overall marketing/product development objectives
• Assist with the planning and execution of video/photo shoots
• Assists in additional projects as requested by management

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• HS Diploma or GED;
• BFA or MFA highly preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
• English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
• Must be willing to travel approximately 2-4 times per year if requested
• Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office. *MAC + PC platforms*
• High-level proficiency with various creative software and applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, XD or Figma a plus
• Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
• Exceptional communication and intrapersonal skills
• Must have an understanding of pre-and post-production
• Must have a great eye for design

Education/Experience/License Requirements:

• At least 5+ years' experience in creative graphic design role
• 2+ years' experience in supervisory or managerial role a plus
• In-house or agency experience
• Experience with digital design
• Must have experience working in a fast-paced office
• Management experience a plus
