What You’ll Do
The Senior Graphic Designer will support corporate communications, marketing, and business needs. Reporting to the SVP, Corporate Communications, you will collaborate on design projects across multiple mediums to drive and enhance the visual storytelling and evolve the corporate profile. The ideal candidate is someone with experience working on projects such as pitches and presentations, marketing collateral, tradeshow visuals, branding and logo design.
What you’ll be working on
- Develop a deep understanding of the corporate voice and personality across mediums
- Deliver innovative, creative solutions to meet the needs of the Authentic corporate brand and executives
- Design presentations, corporate collateral & brand materials, internal documents, weekly newsletter assets, B2B advertising, and micro-sites to communicate Authentic’s vision
- Create, maintain and adapt corporate materials including Authentic brand book, Authentic website, and key digital platforms
- Create dynamic, on-screen presentations for executive speaking engagements
- Collaborate with the Brand Experience Team to create corporate and branded event and trade show graphics and collateral
- Support Operations, HR, PR, Brand Experience, and Corporate Communications teams with creative needs
Must Haves
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience and a strong portfolio
- Graphic design degree or art background
- Prior design experience in a corporate setting
- Mastery/Proficiency in industry-standard design applications specifically Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Squarespace
- Visual storyteller and creative problem-solver with excellent written and verbal skills
- Adept at multi-tasking, has strong organizational skills, able to turn around projects quickly, takes direction
- Excels in a highly collaborative environment but able to manage own workload and meet deadlines
- Understand and execute all materials in accordance with existing corporate guidelines
- Exceptional design aesthetics with strong type, color, page layout design, and branding skills
- Web, motion graphics, video skills a PLUS

Primary Location Salary Range:
$80,000 - $90,000
