What you will do:

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite required (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Collaborates in ideation and creative brainstorms as well as conceptualization.
• Develop and execute communication strategies that drive the strategic plan for the product and/or portfolio.
• Partners closely with Copywriters to understand messaging strategy and communication goals, ensuring visual outputs reflect on verbal objectives.
• Is a Brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing communications are on brand, upholding our visual identity and governing our brand. Communicates and trains the business on our brand identity.
• Contribute to and encourage new ideas; builds on suggestions of other teammates.
• Supports leadership with presentation design approach and execution, often requiring quick turnaround.
• Manages and maintain all files, upholding file naming convention and archiving processes.
• Ensures design files are in the correct specs, prepped and ready for deployment.
• Experiments with new and innovative concepts and design principles to maximize impact.

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of experience required

Travel Percentage: 20%
