Position Summary:

We’re excited to welcome a talented Senior Graphic Designer to our friendly and dynamic team. If you have a passion for innovative and impactful design, this is the perfect opportunity for you to help us elevate our brand.
In this role, you’ll create visually stunning designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our messages. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe on a variety of projects, including digital, video, and print media. Your expertise will guide and shape our overall design strategy.
We’re looking for someone who is not only creative but also embraces the design process, stays organized, and thrives under pressure when juggling multiple priorities. Strong communication skills are a must, as you’ll be working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute creative designs for various platforms, including web, print, social media and advertising

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop cohesive design strategies and campaigns

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment

• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are fresh and relevant

• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize projects

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

• Maintain brand consistency across all design materials and platforms

The successful candidate will have the following:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and creativity including print, digital, web design and video

• Experience working with corporate brand management

• Excellent creative and concept development skills

• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles

• Proven experience in Adobe Creative Suite demonstrating expert skills in InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Animate and Premiere Pro as well as in Google Web Designer and PowerPoint

• Ability to edit videos to be hosted on YouTube, social and website by animating motion graphics and typography

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and design trends

• Excellent production skills (prepress, file output and photo manipulation)

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Experience with UI/UX design, video editing and motion graphics is a plus

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment

• Ability to manage multiple projects and independently prioritize tasks

• Ability to adapt and apply Marcom (marketing communications) processes in order to support multiple business units, including corporate, web, sales, HR, and product marketing teams across the global organization

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency, corporate office or high tech environment

• A diploma or degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience
