How you’ll make an impact:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and help elevate the Cin7 brand. This position will create engaging digital, print and video designs that generate interest in Cin7’s products and solutions. Materials will include advertising, brochures, content, infographics, web design, digital banners, large format graphics for events, reports, presentations and additional collateral as needed.

This position will manage multiple projects from concept to final production, discovering new and exciting ways to build interest and trust with our target audiences. Partnering with cross-functional teams locally and globally, the successful candidate will thrive in a team environment, while being a resourceful self-starter with a keen eye for detail and great design, bursting with ideas and innovative ways to showcase the brand.


Here's what you'll do in this role:

• Graphic Design: Conceptualize and design engaging visual assets for various marketing channels including digital ads, social media content, website graphics, email campaigns, print materials, and more.
• Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain the visual identity of Cin7, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Creative Strategy: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall creative strategy and visual storytelling.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to understand project requirements and effectively translate concepts into visual designs.
• Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and design best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of Cin7's visual assets.

Here's what you'll bring with you:

• 5+ years of graphic design experience
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
• Expertise in industry-standard design programs including Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma
• Video and animation experience in Adobe After Effects and Premiere a plus
• Strong typography, design and composition skills
• Comfortable designing for digital systems, with an understanding of UI/UX best practices and considerations
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• High degree of initiative, resourcefulness, personal responsibility and ownership
• Effective time manager with ability to execute on multiple projects with competing priorities
• Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a global team
• A basic understanding of HTML

The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
