Senior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Graphic Designer to join Spotnana’s brand design team. Our ideal candidate  has superior visual design skills, a broad range of graphic design experience, and the ability to  lead individual projects with minimal oversight while adhering to established brand guidelines. 

We’re looking for a strong communicator and visual storyteller that thrives in a high-paced, collaborative environment. This person has the strategic perspective to understand how their work supports our business objectives and fits into the overall brand experience. In addition, they  can clearly present designs to key stakeholders, incorporate feedback with ease,  and provide clear/constructive feedback to other design team members. 

• Lead design projects that enable us to successfully drive brand awareness, generate demand, convert prospects, and create brand advocates. 
• Design graphics, web mockups, collateral, presentations, and illustrations that express our unique brand identity based on direction from our creative lead.
• Be a steward of our visual brand and partner with our creative lead to evolve and refine our brand design system. 
• Lead intake for design projects and clearly present designs to stakeholders in ways that drive positive outcomes.
• Manage owned projects and timelines to deliver high-quality designs on time, with minimal oversight. 
• Work effectively with stakeholders within the organization to drive projects to completion. 

• Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working within B2B technology companies.
• Fanatical attention to detail with excellent visual design skills, layout, typography, and high graphic standards.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a strong sense of visual design experience and examples where you have led the creative process. 
• Experience designing for large, complex, consumer-facing brands.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and GSuite applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a high-paced, collaborative environment.
