Senior Graphic Designer
Job Description
- Ideate and create compelling visuals for seasonal programs and holidays implemented consistently across all platforms from retail to digital ads and merchandise.
- Develop and maintain brand assets across a wide variety of systems including, In-Store Display materials, packaging, website graphics, signage templates, and social media assets.Â
- Maintain and keep up to date Loverboy’s brand standards and creative guidelines.Â
- Work cross-functionally to assist with launch decks and sales materials to ensure that all presentations contain compelling visuals with current design assets.Â
- Work with existing templates to resize, update copy, change pictures and adjust layout as needed.
- Self manage assigned projects while maintaining a high level of efficiency.
- Assist in managing freelance designers for ad hoc design projects.Â
- Continually develop and share creative ideas.Â
- Revise and edit returned designs as needed.
- Balance tight deadlines with great design.
- Other responsibilities assigned.Â
Qualifications & Requirements:Â
- Must be 21 at the time of applicationÂ
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates graphic design, art direction, interactive design, typography, or storytelling with attention to detail. Candidates that do not provide a link to the portfolio will not be considered.
Education and Certifications:Â
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Computer Aided Drafting & Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related discipline preferred
Skills & Capabilities:Â
- Expertise in Adobe CC software including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Experience with visual concept and design execution for marketing materials, ads, posters, logo design & branding, promotions and web graphics required
- Web design experience desired
- Strong understanding of production: print processes, materials, mechanicals, etc
- Prior experience strong understanding of creating motion graphics
- Strong digital illustration and technical design skills
- Workhorse with a keen eye for design and production detail
- Excellent time management and communication skills
