Our graphic designer will believe in this too. In this role you will serve as the lead designer for the Plex overall creative brand initiatives as well as the guardian of the Plex brand standards. The primary functions of this role include ensuring delivery of high-quality creative to internal and external stakeholders and developing creative ideas and solutions to support our brand and marketing programs. You will collaborate across the marketing and creative departments, while developing concepts and executing various projects, including campaign materials, infographics, sales enablement, eBooks, webpages & social media content.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide creative leadership and standards for the brand.
- Maintain consistency of identity across all materials and ensure proper use.
- Responsible for the development of ideas that are innovative and drive the brand forward.
- Responsible for the creative design and production of marketing materials.
- Organize and manage all graphic files consistently for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Track multiple parallel deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaborate with marketing leads to review and understand user data and campaign metrics and strategize how to adjust the creative to get the best results.
- Provide leadership and expertise around design, brand, and direct response best practices, user research and innovation that translates into effective performance-marketing videos, banners, GIFs, etc.
- Manage external creative agencies and contractors ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency.
- Keep us progressive by ensuring we're on top of the latest creative trends and design principles.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in related field
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required- we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, not now or in the future, for this job opening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years' experience in design, art direction or creative production.
- Strong background and proficiency knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite with a focus in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
- Knowledge of digital and mobile experiences and how to leverage social media to engage buyers.
- Exceptional understanding of the print process and web production.
- Strong design skills and ability to provide quick creative visual solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a design team environment and analyze creative feedback.
