Senior Graphic Designer

Mrsool is a leading on-demand delivery app in the Middle East, connecting customers with a network of reliable couriers. We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Senior Graphic Designer at Mrsool, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design process, managing a team of designers, and creating visually stunning designs that elevate our brand and engage our audience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the highest quality of work.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts, ensuring that our designs effectively communicate our brand identity and message.
• Create visually appealing designs for various digital and print materials, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and advertisements.
• Design layouts, illustrations, and graphics for website and mobile app interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Maintain and evolve our brand standards, ensuring that all designs adhere to our visual style.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our design processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the content team, to incorporate messaging and text into the designs.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, overseeing the design process from concept to final delivery.

• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Aftereffects Essentials and 3d blender is a plus.
• Deep understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience with responsive design principles and mobile app design.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• 3 To 5 Years of Experience.
