Our team is seeking a Senior, star graphic designer (UI & Print) to own the creation and maintenance of both our marketing assets and content created to support the product and other marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Digital assets: Brainstorm and create visually compelling stories for digital marketing assets such as social media graphics, blog posts, newsletters/bulletins, brand campaigns, imagery, slide decks, case studies, datasheets, and other marketing collateral.
• Web design: Support product/marketing teams in designing and improving marketing websites, landing pages, and banners to increase user engagement, performance, and conversion.
• Print: Work with marketing teams to prepare marketing collateral for dealer offices, events, and booths. These may include leaflets, brochures, booth design, signage, merchandising, posters, etc.
• You will need to have experience in generating these, and the file preparation required for print.
• Motion design: We're likely to use professionals to shoot assets, but the designer will require some expertise with After Effects and Premiere to re-edit some content and publish.
• Visualizing concepts / Inspiration decks: The designer will work as a helping hand for executive management in visualizing concepts/ideas and bringing them to life, mostly in decks. The designer should have proven experience with such tasks.
• Ensure all brand guidelines for graphic and web design are met and maintained consistently.

Requirements

• +3 years of experience as a Graphic Marketing Branding designer
• Demonstrable experience and success with all the above responsibilities, with a strong preference for experience in SaaS web marketing, and complex systems.
• Ability to build genuine connections with product, content, and digital marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Design, Marketing Design, or related field.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of front-end coding (HTML, CSS) and WordPress CMS.
• Ability to manage and adapt quickly to change and respond positively and flexibly when managing shifting or competing priorities.
