We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer (all genders) to join our multinational and dedicated team!

In this role, you will be responsible for our overall brand strategy while developing and maintaining brand identity and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels. You will develop design concepts for our marketing campaigns and create design assets that address our target audience in the SMB and Large Enterprise segment. 

Your responsibilities: 

• You develop a holistic brand strategy that increases our brand awareness and supports our lead generation ambitions
• You manage the entire design process from conception to implementation, including the creation of mockups, animations and support with video creation
• You conceptualize and develop visually engaging digital and printed assets for internal and external communication that align with existing brand guidelines like whitepapers, brochures, infographics, PPT slides, social media visuals like paid ads, email banners and website assets
• You design holistic event experiences, leveraging the opportunity of booth and venue designs as well as booth activations to create memorable, impactful brand experiences 
• You maintain and advocate for a cohesive visual identity through company-wide sessions, comprehensive brand guidelines and the production of templates
• You research market trends and competitors to create innovative designs, using the latest techniques, including AI
• You analyze and optimize the performance of the created design assets based on relevant key figures in close cooperation with our digital marketing team
• You act internally as go-to-person for all design & brand requests and work in close collaboration with all departments

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital ideation, visual communication or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of B2B brand marketing experience within SaaS companies, scale-up experience is a plus
• Ability to design complex products and topics in a visually simple and captivating way
• You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring everything is executed just right
• Sound knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) as well as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere or similar tools for animated visual creation; video editing skills are a plus 
• Experience in working with content management systems like Wordpress
• HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Good Project Management skills and the ability to work across teams and departments
• Strong communication skills and openness to work across departments
• Good command of English writing and speaking skills are mandatory; German skills are a plus

Your team consists of five experts in the areas of field marketing, content marketing, design and digital marketing who report to the Head of Marketing & Growth. As our (Senior) Graphic Designer (all genders) you complete our great marketing department.
