Senior Graphic Designer (Remote)

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to obsess over all visual aspects of our brand. You’ll join our stellar in-house team who share a passion for creative thinking, foster a supportive environment, know ideas can come from anywhere, and execution is everything. 

As the Senior Graphic Designer you’ll execute creative concepts that align with our brand strategy and accurately and consistently reflect our visual identity.

You are a doer and owner of your work with a team-first attitude and a relentless drive to evolve the brand and create elevated and impactful design. You leverage your experience in branding, graphic design, and advertising to bring our brand to life in innovative ways while ensuring the long-term integrity of the brand.

What You'll Do: 

• Create design solutions that help drive the success of the brand while adhering to and helping shape creative standards that ensure ezCater shows up consistently and effectively
• Develop effective and compelling designs, articulate creative decisions, and execute at a high level
• Create marketing and brand assets across multiple touchpoints (print, OOH, trade show assets, sales collateral, direct mail, display ads, social media assets, etc)
• Interpret and integrate creative feedback to advance work, demonstrating flexibility while effectively responding to feedback with clarifying questions
• Keep a pulse on creative and cultural trends, skillfully translating findings into your work, helping to evolve and strengthen the ezCater brand
• Think strategically and rationalize creative recommendations as an advocate for the customer and brand
• Manage workload effectively across multiple projects with varying deadlines
• Contribute to a culture of creativity, innovation, and passion
• Partner with copywriters to create powerful and effective marketing communications
• Be a contributing member of the creative team, offering ideas and providing design feedback

What You Have:

• 5+ years of experience producing exceptional creative across multiple media
• A compelling portfolio with a wide range of creative projects
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and Figma
• Deep knowledge of color, typography, and design principles
• Skilled at graphics file creation optimized for digital, social, and print
• A “get it done” mentality: attention to detail coupled with a commitment to deliver high-quality work on deadline
• An eagerness and willingness to accept and apply constructive feedback. We all love learning from each other here.
• Ability to communicate clearly, thoroughly, and succinctly orally and in writing – you can describe and defend a concept
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

The national cash compensation range for this role is $82,000 - $110,000.
