About the Role

This position is responsible for upholding the brand standards while designing for various platforms including regional & national campaigns, in-center and corporate needs.

A Day in the Life

• Revise and update campaign and in-center templates to reflect branding changes and new imagery.
• Design custom branding requests for franchisee and corporate, ensuring brand elements coincide to existing imagery and templates provided by creative agency.
• Photograph products, corporate headshots, and corporate events on as needed basis.
• Retouch high-resolution images & builds image extensions for use in advertising.
• Oversees, assist and review work from Graphic Designers to maintain brand standards.
• Take on overflow work from creative agency for National or Regional special requests.

What Sets You Apart

• Knowledge on typography and layout design
• Skilled in Adobe Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
• Incredibly detail-oriented, organized, and able to function in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround team-oriented environment
• Intermediate experience coding HTML and CSS required
• Ability to provide feedback and teach others
• Experience with logo and layout design
• Experience with editing software packages (e.g., Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)

Education and Experience

• Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design
• 3+ years of design experience working in an ad agency or in-house graphics department
