Senior Graphic / Web Designer

 

Our client is an award-winning video and digital marketing agency searching for a talented Website & Graphic Designer to join our creative team! The Website & Graphic Designer will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients. This is a client-facing position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that demonstrates creative, clean, modern designs for websites, logos, ads (print and digital), social media graphics, and more. The Website & Graphic Designers should have a strong understanding of best marketing practices for design.
Please note that applicants without a portfolio will not be considered.

 

Responsibilities:
● Collaborate closely with clients to conceptualize and realize their creative vision
● Develop wireframes and mockups that prioritize functionality and innovative features
● Integrate best UI/UX practices and marketing strategies into website designs
● Stay abreast of emerging design trends to ensure our work remains cutting-edge
● Establish comprehensive design guidelines to uphold consistency and excellence
● Ensure all designs align with clients' branding guidelines
● Deliver structured design plans to stakeholders for review and approval
● Extend design expertise to digital assets such as logos, pitch decks, social media
content, and ads
● Create print materials including ads, flyers, and brochures while adhering to accessibility
standards

Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred
● Minimum 4 years of experience in website and graphic design
● Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
● Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for crafting website mockups
● Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in website designs, ad designs, print materials,
logos, etc
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
● Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team
environment
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, even under tight
deadlines
● The ability to come up with creative concepts with minimal direction from clients

● Advanced English level (Close to native)
