Senior Graphics Designer

About the Position

Lockton Companies is looking to add an experienced graphic designer to a dynamic group of empowered Associates on the Brand & Communications team. This role will support a wide array of creative executions in support of the business while supporting, growing and stewarding the Lockton brand. This full-time position will report directly to the Creative Director and will be based in Kansas City.

Your Responsibilities

Work closely with the Center communications team and practice group experts to support the development of publications including market reports, thought leadership, etc.

Maintain practice group design aesthetic throughout applicable materials and collateral

Own internal and external newsletter layout and execution

Lead social media creative efforts for corporate and practice group needs

Create impactful marketing collateral that connects with both internal and external audiences

Design, develop and organize clear PowerPoints as needed for internal and external presentation

Refresh legacy brand materials to global brand standards

Support execution of event presentations and materials

Maintain library of graphic elements in central global repository

Qualifications

5-8 years of professional design experience

Expert-level Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High degree of collaboration and teamwork

Ability to lead projects and keep multiple stakeholders informed

Experience working within brand standards

Experience creating templates and designs using Adobe and Microsoft platforms

Familiarity with Constant Contact, Salesforce Marketing, Adobe Workfront/ProofHQ, Canva and Spalsh a plus

Insurance or financial industry experience is preferred but not required
