We founded the company as a fully-remote team (pre Covid!) and are open to applicants that live within a 5 hour time zone difference of US Pacific Time.

About this role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphics Designer to join our growing marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for creating performance marketing advertisements and effective marketing materials that enhance our brand and drive engagement. You will work closely with our marketing product and content teams to design assets for various channels including paid and organic social media email campaigns banner ads and product launches. If you are a creative thinker with a passion for design and a knack for marketing we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling and engaging ads for paid social media campaigns ensuring they drive engagement and conversions.

• Develop advertising concept and ideas around value propositions and calls to action.

• Develop a variety of marketing assets including email templates and other digital and print materials maintaining consistency across all platforms.

• Produce high-quality images and infographics for blog posts articles and other content marketing initiatives to enhance readability and visual appeal.

• Take ownership of the visual design for major marketing campaigns and product launches ensuring all assets are cohesive and support the overall marketing strategy.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all marketing materials.

Ideal Candidate

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on scrappy attitude.

• Experience with advertising and preferably performance marketing.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Creative thinker willing to try new strategies and approaches.

• Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)

• Experience creating marketing assets for various channels including social media email campaigns and banner ads.

• Ability to generate fresh innovative design ideas that align with the brand strategy and marketing goals

• A keen eye for detail to maintain consistency and quality across all visual design outputs ensuring that every piece aligns with the brand’s guidelines and standards.
