What you'll do:

• Oversees analytics in key product area
• Partner with leaders across product, engineering, and commercial strategy to form a unified data-driven strategy 
• Main point of contact with these teams to understand their data needs, and help build visualizations and create product insights to drive the business forward
• Provides analytical guidance using data within the data platform, through self-service analytics training or hands on support from their team
• Supports the planning, implementation and support of data acquisition, tagging, insights and transformation of data. Works closely with data platform and data capabilities
• Build & maintain Executive Dashboards reporting on key metrics for global teams and business units.
• Prioritizes analytics requests for their team, based on product/business impact, level of effort, etc
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of complex data models, data structures, and data governance best practices to support the data platform team

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, data science & analytics or related course
• 5-7 years of work experience in data analytics, data science 
• 3+ years of experience in Cloud DW solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery or Teradata
• Solid statistical analysis background
• Expertise in database querying and reporting tools (Mode, Power BI)
• Experience utilizing SQL to navigate large enterprise data stores with complex data structures.
• Knowledge in a programming language (Python, Java, SQL)
• Experience analyzing data to identify key insights, gaps, and inconsistencies
• Experience gathering complex business requirements and identifying data needs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to looking at solutions unconventionally and explore opportunities and devise innovative solutions
• System Development Life Cycle and Agile Methodology familiarity
• Experience with leveraging digital behavioral data to understand user behavior as an input into ROI
