As a Senior Growth Analyst at Amplitude, you will report to our Head of Growth, and your work will be critical to the success of our Growth team,  helping us make data-driven decisions across acquisition, retention, and monetization pods. You will help us create & iterate on KPI definitions, perform exciting data discoveries, unlock new data sources, build our data warehouse, and own company growth metrics.  As a Sr. Growth Analyst, you will: 

• Evangelize data-driven culture
• Be a partner to the Growth team to help make important strategic decisions, own & track growth metrics, and proactively discover new data trends
• Build and maintain growth dashboards across acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization KPI’s
• Assemble data sets  to unlock the ability to answer growth questions 
• Build the infrastructure required for developing, testing, and deploying data pipelines into a wide variety of data sources, including data warehouse 

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:

• Data analytics is your passion, and you have worked to drive insights for Product/Growth teams in the past
• You have exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills
• You have advanced knowledge of SQL & Python and experience working with relational databases and data lakes
• You are an experienced Amplitude user (or excited to learn very quickly)
• You have a successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large disconnected datasets.
• You know how to write, maintain, and scale ETL using tools like dbt or Airflow.
