The Farmer’s Dog was born from a mission to change the landscape of pet health, providing dogs and their humans with honest, smart, and simple care. Where You'll Come InThe Senior Growth Associate will drive the development and execution of growth campaigns and initiatives including the referral program and one to one marketing channels focused on personalized interactions with our customers. They will also help conceptualize and recommend on future and ongoing strategy. A successful Senior Growth Associate will partner with both internal and external teams to execute regular A/B tests focused on driving and improving KPIs and metrics. They will report to the Growth Strategy Manager.
How You'll Make An Impact- Help drive the execution of ongoing growth campaigns (initial focus on referral strategy and communication).
- Work cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders internally & externally to implement initiatives including CX, retention, acquisition, DSI.
- Track & regularly report on campaigns advising strategy of growth campaigns.
- Drive and manage A/B and multivariate tests; deliver results as well as insights for the rest of the team.
- Proactively improve and develop new reporting dashboards unlocking insights and transparency into campaign performance.
- Make data-driven recommendations for how to adjust our approach to reach our goals.
- Research and recommend new opportunities and channels to scale one to one marketing channels - launch and lead new programs and initiatives.
- You are a strong communicator and detail-oriented.
- You have 3 - 5 years of experience in a marketing/growth role.Â
- You have familiarity with Looker, Google Drive, RAID.
- You're passionate about pulling insights from data and are analytical in nature.

All hybrid team members are asked to be in the office for 2 Gathering Days a week to continue to build a collaborative, lively, and invested environment - a unique in-person culture we are proud of. Gathering Days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, however the office will be open and available for all Monday through Friday.
