Senior Growth Engineer (Back End)

Are you interested in fast-paced experimentation, self-motivated, and excited to drive impact across PrizePicks? We want someone that can partner with Engineering and Product to deliver and iterate on our Growth roadmap -- spanning both acquisition and engagement. You'll be an integral part of our small, but mighty Growth team delivering valuable learnings through experimentation.Overview:The Senior Growth Engineer will be responsible for applying expertise in programming procedures to complex software experiments within the PrizePicks ecosystem.What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute growth strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to identify growth opportunities and prioritize experiments
• Design and implement experiments to test new growth ideas and optimize existing channels
• Build and maintain the tools and systems necessary to measure and track our growth metrics accurately
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform our growth strategy
• Develop and maintain the infrastructure required to support our growth initiatives
• Mentor and coach junior growth engineers on the team

What you have: 

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in growth engineering or a related field
• Strong programming skills with an emphasis on Ruby on Rails is required
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies
• Experience with data analysis, experimentation, and A/B testing
• Experience digging into the data, OKR’s, and building experiments
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring and coaching junior engineers

Where you’ll live:

• This is a remote position with occasional travel to Atlanta, GA.
