Location: Remote (preference for EU timezones) with quarterly travel to the Barcelona office

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Growth Lead to spearhead their growth efforts. As a leader in the growth team, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of growth hackers, driving strategic initiatives, and establishing a new paradigm for their marketing approach. Your role will be central to evolving their growth marketing practices through data-driven insights and innovative methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of growth hackers, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that drive significant user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Partner with the Marketing Data Lead to leverage data science and machine learning for advanced growth tactics.
• Establish and refine growth marketing processes and principles, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Oversee the execution of growth initiatives, from ideation to scaling successful strategies.
• Monitor performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies to meet and exceed growth objectives.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in growth hacking, with a proven record of leading successful growth initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Advanced proficiency in data-driven marketing, analytics, and experimentation.
• Reforge Growth course certifications or similar advanced growth training preferred.
• Familiarity with machine learning and modern data science techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel quarterly to the Barcelona office.
