The Role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager to identify opportunities, across both found and inbound client partnerships, bringing together the right team to deliver effective pitches, presentations and provocation that lead to business growth. In this role you will collaborate with internal teams to get to the best output for new or organic growth opportunities, ensuring all external responses are delivered efficiently and exceed expectations.

You will report to the Growth Director.

You will:

  • Manages the delivery of RFP/RFIs and pitch responses through detailed coordination of activities, people, budget, resource, feasibility and risks
  • Qualify inbound opportunities against defined filtering criteria
  • Proactively flag opportunities presented from CRM tracking and builds prospective lists of opportunities to pursue and ideas for how to do (i.e. opportunities to connect (IRL), reasons to reach out (business shifts), etc.)
  • Research trends happening across the market to inform what categories/industry areas would be good growth opportunities for the agency
  • Develop a strong understanding of JKR's current and previous client work, capabilities and future ambitions in order to accurately match service offerings with the client challenge and identify opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with the global Growth team to ensure all marketing activity is leveraged to achieve JKR's business goals
  • Support the Growth team in the creation of bespoke marketing assets to contribute to New Business Initiatives and plans
  • Confidently influence and negotiate across internal departments to secure best fit of internal resource against opportunities
  • Prepare thoroughly for all client facing conversations from multiple perspectives, bringing in the right people to the right conversations
  • Ensure organizational alignment to scope, outcomes and possible consequences of negotiation
  • Proactively pursue outbound outreach to identify commercial opportunities
  • Manage internal stakeholders' expectations, communicating information to the right people at the right time
  • Drive business value now and for the future through understanding the JKR business strategy, business model, and P&L

Requirements

  • Experience pitching and working to obtain new business opportunities
  • Experience working in a brand identity or design centric studio
  • Have a high comfort level when dealing with clients, are calm under pressure
  • Have a clear and concise communication style
  • Are detail oriented and ideas driven
  • Thrive in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary creative environments

Benefits

  • Compensation Range: $90,000 - $140,000 annually
  • 401k match to 4%

Where a prospective employee will be paid within the compensation range listed above will depend on a number of factors including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations, and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based.
