This role offers the opportunity to drive and scale growth initiatives for a rapidly expanding creator-focused platform. The Senior Growth Marketer will own end-to-end execution across key acquisition and activation channels, building repeatable growth patterns that improve sign-ups, engagement, and revenue efficiency. You will run experiments hands-on, optimize underperforming channels, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to quickly translate insights into measurable outcomes. This is a high-autonomy, results-oriented role for someone who thrives on testing, learning, and scaling what works. The position requires a strategic mindset paired with a strong bias for action, ensuring that growth initiatives have a direct and measurable impact on the business. You will play a critical role in shaping the platform’s future, driving sustainable, scalable user growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Own growth campaigns end-to-end, from planning to launch, optimization, and scaling.
  • Execute multiple experiments across acquisition and activation channels, continuously learning from results.
  • Manage paid and performance channels hands-on, including targeting, budgets, and creative testing.
  • Diagnose funnel performance and implement improvements to sign-ups, activation, and conversion metrics.
  • Build and maintain a fast experimentation cadence with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
  • Reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) through systematic testing and optimization across channels and creatives.
  • Identify repeatable growth patterns and operationalize them for scalable performance.
  • Report results clearly, highlighting outcomes, learnings, and next steps for stakeholders.
  • Requirements:
  • Senior growth marketer or growth operator with a strong bias toward execution.
  • Hands-on experience managing performance marketing channels and experimentation cadence.
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics and the ability to connect channel performance to activation, conversion, LTV, and CAC.
  • Data-driven and pragmatic, capable of moving fast with imperfect information.
  • Proven track record of finding repeatable growth patterns that improve efficiency, not just volume.
  • Ability to run multiple experiments in parallel while prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
  • Collaborative, low-ego operator who drives cross-functional velocity.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy, remote environment.
