Accountabilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of direct mail campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Develop multi-touch strategies that integrate with broader marketing initiatives and sales objectives
- Analyze campaign performance, segment data, and identify opportunities to improve ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging, creative, and targeting align with brand and business goals

- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on direct mail, growth marketing, or multichannel campaigns
- Proven success designing and executing data-driven direct mail initiatives with measurable ROI
- Strong analytical skills to segment audiences, interpret campaign performance, and optimize strategies
- Experience collaborating across teams including creative, analytics, and sales functions
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while leading cross-functional initiatives
