The Engagement Growth Marketing team drives Airbnb’s lifecycle marketing strategy across key guest touchpoints. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing Product Engineering Creative and Data Science this team plays a critical role in increasing guest lifetime value.
The difference you will make:
As the Senior Growth Marketing Lead Guest Engagement you will own and implement a world-class lifecycle marketing strategy across email push and SMS. Your primary focus will be increasing guest engagement conversion retention and reactivation.
A typical day:

Develop and execute a data-driven lifecycle marketing strategy to enhance guest engagement and LTV

Lead and mentor a team of high-performing lifecycle marketers fostering innovation and executional excellence.

Optimize owned channels by leveraging personalization segmentation and predictive modeling to ensure we’re sending the right message to the right customer at the right time.

Partner with Advanced Analytics to opportunity size our big bets define our test & learn agenda and drive measurable impact.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Engineering and Creative teams to deliver seamless on- and off-platform guest experiences.

Ensure high creative standards working closely with Creative leadership to develop compelling value-add and brand-aligned content.

Maintain strong relationships with Marketing Ops and Marketing Technology teams to advance automation targeting and personalization goals.
Your expertise:

12+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing CRM or related fields.

Proven track record of developing and executing global lifecycle marketing programs that drive engagement and retention.

Deep expertise in CRM tech stacks automation and owned marketing channels. Experience with in-house CRM platforms is a plus.

Strong analytical mindset with expertise in segmentation experimentation and performance measurement.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Demonstrated people leadership with experience growing and mentoring high-performing teams.

Strong project management and organizational skills balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and a deep sense of ownership.
Your Location: This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites as agreed to with your manager. While the position is Remote Eligible you must live in a state where Airbnb Inc. has a registered entity. Click here for the up-to-date list of excluded states. The working hours for this role will be oriented towards Pacific Standard Time.
