Senior Growth Marketing Manager
Job Description
👋 Hi! Orbit is hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager on the Growth team.
Orbit is the leading community growth platform that's changing the way companies see the strategic value of community to grow their business. We're a well-funded Series A company with top-tier investors like Coatue, A16Z, and Heavybit. We have early solid organic traction—our platform is in use by more than 4,000 communities and helps power teams behind products like CircleCI, Typeform, Apollo GraphQL, Agora, and others.
You'll be joining a 40-person, fast-growing organization, and you'll get to explore, create, and execute marketing campaigns across all potential acquisition channels to grow new customer acquisition and activation. Whether via email, social media, events, content, SEO, paid, or anything else. You'll own building out our growth machine by identifying and prioritizing opportunities and then running experiments to test programs and tactics, learning from outcomes, and doubling down where you see great results.
Â
Here are some of the things that you can expect to do:
-
Plan, implement, measure, and improve marketing campaigns to reach quarterly goals by driving new customer signups.
-
Day-to-day management and execution of ongoing programs. Optimizing them by reviewing analytics, customer journeys, and content to identify growth opportunities.
-
Reporting on growth initiatives, including signups, traffic, and conversion rates.
-
Collaborating with colleagues within the Growth team and beyond, including Data, Community, and Customer Success on integrated marketing initiatives, data, and analytics.
Â
Â
We’re looking for someone with work experience along these lines:Â
-
5 or more years owning lead and conversion metrics in a B2B SaaSÂ marketing position.
-
Solid understanding of SEM, SEO, and performance marketing channels and optimization.
-
Experience with email, marketing automation, and analytics tools. Proficiency with product-led growth is a plus.
-
Shown success in improving qualified signup and conversion rates.
-
Excellent communication skills, along with an analytical mindset and a curious nature. You love to solve problems, get hands-on, experiment, measure, and use automation to optimize processes and programs.
If you don’t feel that you meet those qualifications on paper but are still excited about the opportunity, please apply anyway! We believe great talent can come from anywhere, and we know that a resume doesn’t tell the whole story of who you are and what you can do.
