You’re excited about this opportunity because you’ll:
Define and execute against the growth marketing plan in partnership with our Product and Client Success teams.
Build a scalable audience growth engine that fuels awareness to increase users from acquisition to champions - employing a data-driven approach to measuring success.
Identify and refine our Ideal Customer Profile to drive user engagement, acquisition, and retention.
Optimize the revenue funnel. Be accountable for conversion efficiency across digital channels, including moving customers effectively from awareness to consideration to conversion stage.
Collaborate across the company to enhance existing and create new customer acquisition opportunities, leveraging our existing portfolio of paid, organic, and owned channels to achieve our growth goals.
Orchestrate campaigns that improve customer experience, increase brand awareness, and drive measurable outcomes.
Develop positioning and messaging that articulates the value of Dealpath.
Identify urgent priorities for decision-making personas, and tailor messaging to position Dealpath as a solution to those timely challenges. Work closely with go-to-market teams to understand how well messaging is resonating, and iterate and refine to maximize its impact.
Create engaging sales tools. Educate sales teams on business priorities, and enable them to effectively deliver compelling messaging in prospect engagements.
Effectively communicate the value of new product features, developing resonant content and messaging for the GTM team in partnership with product.
Develop and deepen understanding of new personas. Formalize this understanding in persona briefs that are regularly updated, to help ensure our messaging resonates.
Lead and grow a team of world class product and growth marketing professionals.
We’re excited that you have:
Experience producing high-quality user growth for a startup or for a dynamic company with uncommon vision using data to inform decision-making.
Proven track record of driving scalable, sustainable growth strategy through Product led growth, testing, measurement, and iteration frameworks.
Highly analytical and comfortable with data collection, analysis, and presentation through a creative and bold tone of voice.
Proven expertise across digital performance marketing, acquisition, and retention programs with fluency in marketing automation systems.
Skilled in audience insights, segmentation, persona targeting, and integrating propensity models.
Strong attention to detail, with an appetite to dive into the weeds, seeking connections and key moments in all touchpoints of the customer journey.
Keen eye for brand and voice, and the ability to shape it to the needs of each audience.
Sense of ownership. You are comfortable driving projects end to end that execute and eliminate blockers, helping you and the company move with confidence.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Product Management, or Product Marketing Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
