Senior Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager that has experience driving growth of a consumer technology product across multiple paid/digital channels and strategies. You will join as our first growth marketer and build out our paid marketing efforts from the ground up. You will play a critical role in helping grow our product, Pi!
In this role, you will:
- Own the growth and performance marketing strategies and execution.
- Work closely with the team to drive new user acquisition and user retention across paid and organic channels.
- Define user acquisition and user retention strategies, define success KPIs, and oversee their implementation working with internal and external resources.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand and adoption of our product Pi, including experiments and A/B tests.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Constantly test, measure and iterate as we continue to grow, and provide insights to inform product roadmap.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers and other cross functional partners.
- Partner with creative team to develop full funnel testing strategies, particularly around brand awareness.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of industry experience working at a B2C technology company. You have experience driving growth of a consumer technology product across multiple paid/digital channels and strategies.
- Has successfully grown consumer technology products on web and mobile.
- Experience having operated in a startup environment and scaled up a growth marketing function
- Experience overseeing agencies
- Deep expertise in paid channel management experience, but can also speak to organic and paid growth strategies and execution, including Ads, Search engine and App Store optimization, Viral Growth etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to pivot, work in a start-up environment and internalize feedback
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with conversational AI, messaging or natural language processing technologies
- Experience having built a growth marketing function from 0-1
Employee Pay Disclosures
At Inflection AI, we aim to attract and retain the best employees and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contributions to the company. The pay range for this position in California, is estimated to fall in the base range of approximately $140,000 - $200,000. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range.
Where We Work
We have offices in Palo Alto and London. We’re currently hiring into our brand new office in Palo Alto. We’re in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Inflection believes in building a strong in-person work culture with the flexibility of focus time at home.
We work on a 6 week cycle. Every 7th week, we convene together in person as a company to brainstorm, bond and build.

Engineering at Inflection
We are a vertically integrated AI studio. This means that our entire technology stack – from large foundational model pre-training to the user interface – is built in-house, with each of the components co-optimized to deliver the best AI experiences. We have built one of the most advanced large language models in the world, based on multiple novel and proprietary innovations.
