Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, B2B to manage SEM (search engine marketing), paid media, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess five-star strategic planning and execution capabilities to drive high-quality leads, pipelines, and revenue for the organization. You will manage, optimize, and report all our marketing programs, including Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, emails, and retargeting efforts. This high-profile position will work very closely with the rest of the marketing team, including content, design, and product marketing, to deliver first-rate results for Premise.
**This is an onsite role based out of our NYC or SF office 5 days per week.
What You Will Do:
- Design, launch, and optimize email, paid search and paid media campaigns across paid social, display, and content syndication
- Set and track channel-specific goals and KPIs by region. Optimize campaign performance and budget allocation to deliver strong ROI
- Manage paid media programs and evolve media plans with a test-and-learn mentality focused on meeting our MQL and SAO objectives
- Perform traffic analysis in Google Analytics related to paid digital traffic and other sources/mediums
- Provide constructive feedback regarding landing page performance/conversion rate optimization
- Work closely with our in-house SEO expert to build a joint SEO/SEM strategy
- Work with internal stakeholders, including design, marketing ops, and SEO, to implement new campaigns and strategies
- Evaluate and recommend new online marketing opportunities
- Keep pace with search and social industry trends and best practices
What You Bring Along:
- 5+ years of account-based marketing experience at a B2B SaaS startup
- Strong knowledge and experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Marketo and other paid media tools/platforms
- Experience with ABM tools such as 6Sense or DemandBase
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and proven ability to leverage data to make intelligent, actionable business decisions
- Hard-working, creative, and eager to generate revenue for the organization is a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range is between $140,000-$165,000, which may consist of a Base Salary or a Base Salary plus a Target Commission or Base Salary plus a Bonus, depending on the specific role. The Base Salary offered may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
