Rentable is a profitable, Series B proptech startup known for building and operating one of the U.S.’s largest rental marketplaces - Rentable.co. In addition to our marketplace, we’ve recently launched an industry-leading SaaS platform that has grown from $0 to $5MM in ARR in 15 months. The Role
We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and creative Senior Growth Product Manager to continue to grow our successful, and rapidly growing, marketplace. Our ideal candidate will be collaborative, dynamic, organized, and intuitive. You will play a critical role in rapidly expanding Rentable’s organic user growth and leads to our marketplace. Areas of ownership will include, but not be limited to: Rentable organic growth (traffic and leads), organic channels (SEO, Apps, lifecycle marketing/email), funnel and site optimization, and partnerships to name a few.

Responsibilities:
- Drive organic visitor growth for our rental marketplace, with a particular focus on SEO
- Develop and execute organic growth strategies: Drive the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies, including user acquisition and lead generation to achieve aggressive business goals.
- Identify and prioritize top growth opportunities and ensure alignment across key stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis: Leverage analytics tools and A/B testing to measure impact of growth efforts and translate the data insights into actionable recommendations and experiments.
- Define key input and output metrics to measure the success of growth initiatives, and use data-driven insights to optimize growth performance
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in growth product management focused on organic growth, experience in a high-growth startup is strong preferred
- Consumer Web Growth Experience, ideally in a lead generation marketplace platform with SEO as the primary channel
- Experience leading growth for products/companies where a majority of customer acquisition is driven by unpaid sources
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product plans
- Generalist by nature with experience experimenting with and leveraging multiple channels to drive growth
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly-changing startup environment
- Passion for innovation and building products that solve real customer problems
