With strong exposure to experimentation frameworks, AI-powered tools, and modern SaaS growth practices, this role provides the chance to directly shape customer acquisition and retention outcomes in a collaborative and innovation-driven culture.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead A/B testing initiatives across email campaigns, onboarding flows, and in-product messaging to optimize engagement and user experience.
  • Create and refine lifecycle communication strategies using segmentation, personalization, and behavioral insights.
  • Analyze campaign and product performance using analytics tools to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and improve conversion outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Product, UX, Customer Experience, and Digital Acquisition teams to ensure alignment across the user journey and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Design innovative onboarding experiences, nurture campaigns, and experimentation frameworks that support scalable growth objectives.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and automation technologies to improve marketing effectiveness, experimentation speed, and decision-making processes.
  • Continuously evaluate customer behavior and market dynamics to recommend new growth opportunities and strategic improvements.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing within SaaS or product-led growth environments.
    • Demonstrated success driving trial conversion and customer engagement through experimentation and lifecycle optimization strategies.
    • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and analytics tools such as Marketo, Pendo, Amplitude, Power BI, or similar platforms.
    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to transform insights into actionable growth strategies.
    • Experience designing and managing A/B testing programs across multiple digital touchpoints.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
    • Self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and comfort operating in fast-moving environments.
    • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies supporting growth marketing, experimentation, and data analysis initiatives.
    • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution and performance optimization.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary ranging from $89,600 to $100,000 USD based on experience, location, and qualifications.
      • Fully remote-first work environment with flexible work arrangements and strong work-life balance support.
      • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including support for dependents.
      • Flexible paid time off policies, including additional quarterly self-care days and volunteer days.
      • Paid parental leave and wellness-focused employee support programs.
      • Home office setup assistance and remote work stipend.
      • Free family account access for up to five members.
      • Continuous learning and professional development support, including annual learning stipends.
