This role offers the opportunity to be a key contributor to the systems and processes that drive revenue and growth across a fast-paced, high-growth organization. You will work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations, ensuring that GTM systems—from CRM to marketing automation—are optimized, integrated, and scalable. This is a hands-on role where you will design, implement, and maintain solutions that improve data quality, streamline workflows, and enable smarter, faster business decisions. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, lead complex system projects end-to-end, and mentor others in best practices. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, remote-first environment, balancing technical expertise with strategic thinking, and enjoys delivering measurable impact that directly influences business outcomes.
Accountabilities:
- Design, implement, and integrate GTM systems aligned with business objectives, ensuring solutions scale across the tech stack
- Own end-to-end projects, from discovery and solution design to deployment and ongoing optimization
- Resolve complex, cross-system issues, balancing considerations like data integrity, process gaps, and platform limitations
- Proactively identify opportunities to automate and optimize GTM workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Partner closely with GTM leadership, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to define success outcomes and scalable system requirements
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and enablement to analysts and GTM stakeholders on system configurations, processes, and best practices
- Maintain and improve data models, enforce data quality standards, and implement strategies to ensure reliable access to critical GTM information
- 8+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations roles
- Advanced Salesforce experience with administrator-level skills; Salesforce Admin certification required
- Proven ability to design and implement complex solutions including Salesforce Flow, custom objects, and workflow automation
- Experience managing system implementation projects independently and cross-functionally from discovery through deployment
- Strong understanding of GTM data models, data quality management, and CRM or adjacent system operations
- Familiarity with AI applications for GTM, including research agents, conversational intelligence, API integrations, and prompt/context engineering
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Clay, Zapier, Gong, Outreach, or equivalent tools
- Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environments, with knowledge of sales cycles, funnel optimization, and revenue operations
- Excellent communicator capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and presenting solutions with clarity
- Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification, familiarity with GTM tools like Marketo or HubSpot, SQL or scripting for data manipulation, experience mentoring junior analysts, and background in PLG or developer tools
- Competitive salary based on geographic zones, plus restricted stock units (RSUs)
- Health, vision, and dental insurance, with mental health support
- Flexible, remote-first work culture with opportunities for in-person collaboration
- Paid vacation and holidays, plus professional development support
- Opportunity to work in a high-growth, innovative environment with direct influence on business outcomes
- Exposure to a modern GTM tech stack and advanced automation systems
