    • Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing hiring strategies through market expertise and data-driven recommendations.
    • Strong understanding of GTM talent landscapes, including revenue-generating and customer-facing roles such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
    • Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including proactive sourcing, structured interviewing, and recruitment process optimization.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior executives and top-tier candidates effectively.
    • Strong business acumen with an understanding of revenue models, pipeline generation, and customer lifecycle strategies.
    • Experience supporting scaling SaaS or technology organizations across international markets is highly valued.
    • Comfortable working with recruitment metrics, analytics, and talent intelligence tools to support strategic hiring decisions.
    • Ability to thrive in remote, collaborative, and rapidly evolving work environments.
