Senior HANA XSA Developer

We currently have a remote contract opportunity available for a Senior HANA XSA Developer (Consultant). This can be W2 or 1099, but no C2C or Visa sponsorship.

Project Objectives:

1. Integrate SAP order and delivery document information into existing Enterprise applications via process APIs.

2. Documentation and translation of functional mapping and business logic into technical requirements into SAP Hana API solutions.

3. Development of SAP Hana APIs for order objects and delivery objects primarily modeled after SAP V4 APIs with additional custom requirements that can support multiple customer facing and internal applications. The design should be done as an enterprise solution keeping in mind future needs.

3.1. Order API (Order Header, Partner Functions, Document Flow, Items, Schedule Lines)

3.2. Delivery API (Delivery Header, Delivery Item, Document flow, Handling Units, shipment/carrier information)

3.3. Other supporting APIs (text descriptions, client’s custom needs)

Required skills and abilities:

1. Experience in HANA 2.0 with XSA.

2. Excellent hands-on experience in XS Advanced and HDI including but not limited to:

2.2. XSJS

2.3. XSODATA

2.4. CDS V4 development

2.5. ODATA V2 & V4

2.6. UAA

3. Using SQL in Models - Calculation Views, Optimization of Models - Understanding Plan Viz & Performance tuning.

4. Knowledge in Change management of HDI objects and Deployment.

5. Knowledge in Security for SAP HANA Extended, Hana 2.0, XSA WEB IDE, HANA XSA modelling and concepts

6. Good knowledge of the SAP ECC SD data models, with a particular focus on sales orders, deliveries, and handling units

7. Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

8. Ability to troubleshoot issues including ODATA and other issues

9. Ability to document requirements, configurations, customizations, unit testing results.
