Your extensive healthcare domain knowledge will be used to drive insights into market trends and product development efforts that have direct impact on our business.  

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and project leads to identify areas for process improvement and define and execute upon product strategy.
• Configure and test multiple methodologies that focus on value based care programs using Enlace’s proprietary solution.
• Manage and quality-assure recurring/scheduled jobs in production.
• Create, support and maintain both internal and external reports with the ability to present results.
• Apply critical thinking skills and quantitative analysis to detect and measure business trends.
• Interpret data to “tell a story” by providing actionable insights.
• Support numerous business operations with exceptional communication skills, requesting and incorporating feedback when necessary.
• Test features to enhance Enlace’s solutions for both internal and external customers.

Position Requirements:

• 5+ years healthcare data analysis experience working with medical claims, provider, and enrollment data.
• 5+ years presenting information in meaningful, professional and easy to understand formats for various audiences.
• Working knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models, alternative payment models (APMs), and medical economics. Prior knowledge of bundled payment models and episodes of care.
• Experience with per member per month reporting, as well as total cost of care, population and healthcare claims analytics.
• Knowledge of reporting and/or dimensional analysis according to clinical informatics ontologies. 
• Experience with healthcare payer, provider and/or healthcare management consulting. 
• Skilled at data manipulation and/or statistical analysis using SQL, Python or R.
• Experience with data visualization and report writing tools such as Tableau, SAP Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Business Objects or MicroStrategy.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field preferred.
• Experience participating on multiple client-facing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize critical tasks and maintain a high degree of accuracy amid competing deadlines.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work both independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. 
• Ability to adapt and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using complex features of MS Excel, including functions and pivot tables.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working on a Data Analytics team in a software/SaaS company.
• Experience with cloud based platform, Amazon S3, and relational databases such as Redshift.
