SUMMARY
We are looking to grow our Help Desk team. This role is responsible for providing tier-1 and tier-2 support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide tier-1 and tier-2 support to the end user either physically or through remote support tools
  • Manage, create, respond to, and resolve Incidents and Service Requests adhering to pre-defined processes and SLA
  • Maintain a high level of communication with our end users
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees (remote and in-person)
  • Support and administer various third-party applications
  • Manage user and computer properties on systems like DHCP, SSO, MFA and AD
  • Perform upgrade/maintenance of system and software applications
  • Configure and provide end user support for desktops, laptops, and printers
  • Strong understanding of MS Windows 10 Operating systems
  • Follow build checklist to ensure all applications and settings are correct when deploying new end user machines
  • Troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Office tools including O365 and MS Teams
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of basic issues related to (but not limited to) virtual machines, networks / network protocols, and Windows File Shares
  • Adhere to documented Asset Management procedures and maintain accurate records in the CMDB
  • Keep accurate records of completed builds
  • Must be able to perform regular lifting or moving of equipment/items as needed; generally, not to exceed 50 lbs/23 kg
  • Assist with vendor co-ordination for end user equipment hardware break-fix cases
  • Other Tasks as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience with Windows OS support / Help Desk support
  • Experience with O365, MS Teams, Networking, DHCP, and Encryption
  • Configuration of virtual machines/networks/Windows File Shares
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs of equipment when necessary
  • This position would require limited travel to other offices within North America for projects like setups, e-cycling events etc.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system, SCCM, and MS Autopilot
