What you will do

  • Partner with subject matter experts to understand the analytical tools, technologies and methodologies applied to gather, sort and analyze HR data.
  • Work with team members, technical teams and other stakeholders to build and validate data flow.
  • Build reports and dashboards within Tableau.
  • Use data visualization, reports and data-driven presentations to present trends, insights and recommendations to key decision makers.
  • Work with fellow team members and business leaders in support of large projects with long-term value-adding potential.

What you will bring

  • Solid knowledge of Tableau, HRIS and data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of database management systems and applications.
  • Ability to:
    • Multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Interact and communicate with all levels of staff in both business and technical areas.
    • Identify and systematically analyze substantive issues.

What is required for application

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related area.
  • Prior experience (3-5 years) in a Business Intelligence or related position.

Preferred 

  • Master’s Degree.
  • Experience in the HR function and/or telecommunications industry.
