THE ROLE
To provide HR generalist, analytical and administrative support to Human Resources Business Partners with talent management, employee relations, policy, programs, and administration focusing on the employee experience. The Senior HR Coordinator will regularly interact with all levels of employees and the broader HR team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a welcoming experience for all new employees, accurately process relevant new hire paperwork, ensuring IT setup, serve as a point person for new employee questions and assist in creation of onboarding plans for new employees in assigned client groups
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and the business to initiate recruitment process for open roles by providing job descriptions, position #s and relevant approvalsÂ
- Interpret and answer inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. Work with HRBPs in development, updating, implementation and delivery of HR policies.
- Partner with HRBPs to assist with special projects and key initiatives such as year-end comp process, goal setting, performance reviews, departmental restructuring, etc.
- Follow up with departments and employees for the completion of annual goals, performance reviews, outstanding paperwork etc.
- Prepare compensation-related, title change, or promotion letters for existing employees and ensure the information is processed in the HRIS
- Liaise with Global Mobility Manager for immigration, visas, and global mobility matters
- Provide support to HRBPs for employee relations issues. Conduct exit interviews, provide exit paperwork, and process terminations for exiting employees
- Complete verbal and written employment verification requests
- Create ad hoc and standard reports
- Act as backup for HR administration activities
IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
- 3-5 years prior HR experience,
- Highly organized and motivated individual who enjoys working in a busy environment
- Discreet, dependable and mature, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality
- Calm under pressure, with a common sense and flexible approach
- Positive interpersonal manner and strong team player with a focus on the employee experience
- Strong professional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Ability to prioritize effectively, strong attention to detail and precise follow-through
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently meet constant deadlines
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and google programsÂ
The proposed base salary for this position ranges from $65,000-$80,000. In addition to base salary successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus, as well as a competitive benefits package. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
