Team or Function Overview: The Senior Human Resources Data Governance and Analytics team is a newly created team designed to elevate our business with the power of people analytics. Our team is focused on creating governance around all aspects of our people data to ensure our reporting and analytics are accurate, insightful and empowering.
Summary: Our team is looking for a Senior HR Data Analyst to help review and maintain the integrity of our people's data with an intellectually curious mindset. The HR Data Analyst will have the ability to critically think and organize a variety of different datasets and workstreams. This position requires a high level of collaboration, follow-through, process improvement and strong oral and written communication skills.
Essential Duties
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Review of organizational assignments tied to each person in our business on a monthly basis. This includes meeting with the HRBP's to ensure the people within their functions are in the right places and in the correct reporting structures.
- Perform analysis on all employee benefit related payroll deductions to ensure our employee benefit deductions and associated payments to our vendors are working as intended. This review is to be done on a monthly basis in support of the Finance team.
- Perform audits to support the benefits team for all benefits employees elect to ensure their payroll deductions are up to date and accurate.
- Monthly review of the SG&A spend within the HR function. Summarize the activity and share with the CHRO in preparation for the monthly ELT financial reviews.
- Work with the Finance team to submit HR related reclasses in the GL to ensure spend related to the HR team gets recorded to the respective areas of the business timely and accurately
- Audit and review the functional mapping structure, supervisory organizations, and cost center managers that our employees are categorized into. This is to be done on a monthly basis with the help of our HRBP's.
- Review the Relocation spend and summarize the activity in a way that provides meaningful insights to leadership.
- Support the enterprise-wide headcount planning processes. Review and maintain the integrity of our open positions and open requisitions. This is to be done on a monthly basis with the HRBP and on a quarterly basis with the ELT.
- Support the automation and audit process surrounding Leave of Absence and the associated salary continuation to support centralization of these processes.
Under This Roof, We Require
- Bachelor Degree required
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Previous experience working on process improvements, data analytics and large data sets
- Previous experience combining data from multiple sources to drive solutions and process improvements
- Ability to gather, synthesize and analyze data, draw conclusions and summarize recommendations
- Strong organizational qualities, flexible, detail-oriented, proactive, and maintain a high level of personal credibility.

- Ability to understand cost impacts and the GL
- Knowledge and experience in technologies, tools, and applications, such as ADP products, Workday/HRIS systems, SAP.
- Ability to analyze basic issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication and PC skills in MS Office and Google products
- Ability to multitask and manage a fluctuating workload
